A dossier normally includes MIP2, identity and family documents, proof of the investment and funds transferred from abroad, income evidence, accommodation, insurance, criminal-record certificates and official translations. Confirm the exact checklist with the Migration Department.
The minimum investment is €300,000 in a qualifying category. VAT, application fees, translations, insurance, banking and legal costs may also apply. The official estimate for examining a complete application is approximately two months.
